I have learnt so much since I joined The Preserver's Kitchen.
I have been making jams and preserving fruit for 30 years, but Kylie has given me the confidence to try different things like salsa, sauces, relishes and pickles. I have dusted off my dehydrator, and begun using it again with the help of Kylie's clearly-written lessons. I have bought a pressure canner and now have the confidence to preserve low-acid vegetables, meat and ready-to-eat meals.
